Abstract:

The present invention relates to a method for generating and using a virtual key of a vehicle and a system for the same. The method comprises: pre-configuring a related key and/or a certificate in an onboard communication control module, a vehicle owner terminal, and a TSP; the TSP determining whether a request of the vehicle owner terminal for a virtual key is valid, and if so, returning a URL of the virtual key to an authorization terminal, the authorization terminal querying the virtual key from the TSP on the basis of the URL of the virtual key; the authorization terminal encrypting the virtual key and sending the same to the onboard communication control module; and the onboard communication control module reading, decrypting, and authenticating the virtual key, and executing an instruction related to the virtual key when the virtual key has been authenticated. The present invention does not depend on a network during an unlocking process. A vehicle owner can use the virtual key themselves or authorize a relative or a friend to use the virtual key or grant them certain permission, or the TSP can authorize a service person to perform operations under a customized permission within a specified time.
