Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing an immobilization medium for temperature-responsive protein A, which is protein A mutated in a manner so that the affinity to an antibody changes dependent on temperature. The temperature-responsive protein A has an affinity to the antibody in a first temperature region and does not have an affinity to the antibody in a second temperature region. The method for producing an immobilization medium for the temperature-responsive protein A includes a step for immobilizing the temperature-responsive protein A on the surface of the immobilization medium at a temperature in the first temperature region in which the temperature-responsive protein A has an affinity to the antibody.
