Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for the isolation and purification of anhydrogalactose. Using the method for the isolation and purification of anhydrogalactose comprising the steps of: preparing a sugar compound containing anhydrogalactose produced through chemical synthesis or hydrolysis; and isolating anhydrogalactose by performing recycling-prep-LC with said sugar compound, highly pure anhydrogalactose can be efficiently isolated and purified in large amounts.
