Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) where an antibody and a drug are linked together through a linker. Provided is a method for manufacturing, for example: an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) where an antibody and a drug are linked through a linker; or a pharmaceutical containing said ADC. The method includes mixing, using a microreactor, a solution containing tris carboxyethyl phosphine (TCEP) and IgG antibody in a reduction reaction initiated by TCEP, and a solution containing a TCEP inhibitor that is stoichiometrically in excess of TCEP.
