Abstract:
According to the present invention, a manufacturing process (S1) for a stator (1) is provided with: a preparation step (S10) for preparing a plurality of segment conductors (4) each having a conductor edge portion (41) provided with a joint portion (43) having a facing surface (44) and for preparing a stator core (2); an arrangement step (S12) for arranging, in a slot (21), at least one among a conductor edge portion (41) of a first segment conductor (5) and a conductor edge portion (41) of a second segment conductor (6) such that the facing surface (44) of one joint portion (43) of the first segment conductor (5) and the facing surface (44) of one joint portion (43) of the second segment conductor (6) face each other; a restriction step (S15) for restricting the movement of the conductor edge portion(41) in a radial direction (R); and a joining step (S14) for joining the joint portion (43) of the first segment conductor (5) and the joint portion (43) of the second segment conductor (6) while maintaining the restricted state in the restriction step (S15).
