Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a ceramic article is characterized by including: (i) a step for obtaining a ceramic molded article by repeating a step for forming a solidified part a prescribed number of times, said solidified part being formed by irradiating a powder mainly composed of a ceramic with an energy beam and sintering or melting and solidifying the powder, and by sequentially joining the solidified parts; (ii) a step for making the ceramic molded article absorb a metal-component-containing liquid that contains inorganic particles containing a metal element; and (iii) a step for heating the ceramic molded article in which the metal-component-containing liquid is absorbed.
