Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing decorative glass using a half mirror, which simplifies decorative glass manufacturing procedures and which is suitable for mass production, and which achieves an aesthetic enhancement and enables various characters, signs, patterns etc. to be produced while reducing process costs. The method of the present invention comprises: a step of primarily cleaning transparent glass fed into a cleaning device; a step of vacuum-depositing a silver alloy onto a rear surface of the transparent glass by means of sputtering so as to produce a half mirror; a step of secondarily cleaning the half mirror; a step of performing printing on a front surface of the half mirror; a step of printing one or more of the icon, logo, pattern, hairline, pearl base in figure 1 and in the other figures on a rear surface of the half mirror having the printed front surface; and a step of printing the printed rear surface of the half mirror by means of back-coating printing.
