Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a filament structure having nanoparticles, which comprises the steps of: providing a macromolecule substrate, a structure thereof comprising but not limited to a macromolecule base material used for textiles; using a means such as vacuum sputter coating on a surface thereof to cause two or more types of nanoparticles to cover the surface; then comminuting the nanoparticle-containing macromolecule substrate into a fine powder; heating the fine powder, causing the powder to be in a thick liquid state; and finally forming filaments of sizes including but not limited to 1-10 microns by means of a drawing process to obtain the filament structure having nanoparticles. The nanoparticles are extremely uniformly distributed in the filament structure, and a two-phase flow process may further by used, causing the filament structure to form a structural body dense with nanoparticles at the periphery, and covered with a macromolecule material at the shaft.
