Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an apparatus whereby the process from pressing of heat exchanger fins to extraction of an assembly of heat exchanger fins can be fully automated. As a means for solving this problem, the present invention is provided with: a pressing device (20) for forming heat exchanger fins (14); a table cycling device (30) having a table (36) on which a stack pin (37) is stood so as to be insertable therein/removable therefrom, a motor (32) for moving the table (36), and a central operation control unit (50), the central operation control unit (50) causing the table (36) to cyclically move between a stack position at which a fin assembly (15) of heat exchanger fins (14) is obtained, an extraction position at which the fin assembly (15) having attained a predetermined height of accumulation is extracted, and a standby position for waiting immediately before the stack position; and a fin assembly extraction device (40) for separating the stack pin (37) from the fin assembly (15), sending the fin assembly (15) out to the next step, and standing the stack pin (37) in a predetermined position of the table (36) at the standby position.
