Abstract:

This method for manufacturing a glass plate G comprises a positioning step for bringing a positioning member 6 having a prescribed width W1 along the thickness direction of the glass plate G into contact with an end part Ga of the glass plate G to perform positioning of the glass plate G, and a treatment step for applying a prescribed treatment to the glass plate G transported via the positioning step. The method for manufacturing a glass plate G comprises a position-changing step for changing the contact position of the positioning member 6 with respect to the end part Ga of the glass plate G along the width direction Z1 of the positioning member 6.
