Abstract:
Provided is a method of manufacturing gloves, the method comprising: (1) a step for immersing a glove form in a liquid solidifying agent containing calcium ions so that the solidifying agent adheres to the glove form; (2) a step for adjusting pH to at least 9 using an ammonium compound or an amine compound, and allowing an emulsion composition for gloves to stand while being agitated; (3) a dipping step in which the glove form to which the solidifying agent was adhered in step (1) is immersed in the emulsion composition for gloves; (4) a gelling step in which the glove form to which the emulsion composition for gloves has been adhered is allowed to stand at a temperature and for a length of time satisfying specific conditions; (5) a leaching step for removing impurities from a cured film precursor formed on the glove form; (6) a beading step for forming a bead on a cuff part of the glove after the leaching step; (7) a precuring step for heating and drying the cured film precursor that has passed through the beading step; and (8) a curing step for heating the cured film precursor at a specific temperature and for a specific length of time to obtain a cured film.
