Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing gloves characterized in that a liquid obtained by adding a thickener (B) containing 2 x 10 – 2 mol/g or less of an oxyethylene group to an aqueous urethane resin composition including an aqueous urethane resin (A) the acid value of which is 0.01 mgKOH/g or greater in a range of 0.01-30 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the aqueous urethane resin (A), and thereafter (i) fiber knitted gloves are immersed in the thickened liquid and then coagulated in a coagulating bath (C) including a metal salt (c-1), or (ii) fiber knitted gloves previously immersed in a coagulating path (C) including a metal salt (c-1) are immersed in the thickened liquid and coagulated. It is preferable that one or more kinds of thickener be used, as the thickener (B), that is selected from a group consisting of a cellulose thickener, an acrylic thickener, and a urethane thickener. It is preferable that calcium nitrate be used as the metal salt (c-1).
