Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a microneedle, comprising the steps of: applying a raw material containing a pharmacological ingredient to one or more intaglio portions formed in a microneedle mold; and inserting the microneedle mold having the raw material applied thereto into a pressurization chamber, and pressurizing the raw material with the internal pressure of the pressurization chamber to fill a microstructure of the intaglio portions with the raw material, wherein in the pressurizing step, air injection and air discharge are simultaneously performed in the pressurization chamber to cause a convection phenomenon in the pressurization chamber, thereby simultaneously filling and drying the raw material.
