Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electric seat driving device that prevents slippage between a rotor shaft and a nut shaft and enhances coupling strength therebetween by using a D-cut structure between the rotor shaft and the nut shaft, which are axially coupled to a rod, in coupling same. The electric seat driving device according to the present invention, for linearly reciprocating an electric seat along a rod, comprises: a housing having a case, of which the two ends are open and which has a circular hollow portion therein, and first and second covers detachably coupled to the two ends of the case; first and second bearings provided inside the first and second covers; a nut shaft, which has one end of the outer circumference thereof rotatably supported by the first bearing and has an inner circumferential portion thereof axially coupled to the rod; a hollow rotor shaft, which has one end thereof press-fitted to the outer circumference of the nut shaft and the other end thereof rotatably supported by the second bearing; a rotor, which has a plurality of N-pole and S-pole magnets alternately mounted on the outer circumferential portion of the rotor shaft; and a stator, which is embedded inside the case and has a coil wound around a stator core, wherein the nut shaft and the rotor shaft form a rotational shaft of the rotor, and the press-fitted portion is coupled by a D-cut structure to prevent slippage.
