Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an organic electronic element, said method enabling reduction of non-uniformity of the film thickness of a coating film. According to one embodiment of the present invention, this method for manufacturing an organic electronic element having a functional layer including an organic material has a coating step in which a flexible substrate (110) is horizontally conveyed using a roll-to-roll technique and in which the functional layer is formed by using a slit coater (30), disposed above the substrate (110), to coat the substrate (110) with a coating liquid that includes the organic material. In the coating step, the substrate (110) is caused to float on air by using air flotation stages (20) disposed below the substrate (110), and the substrate (110) is coated with the coating liquid.
