Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a sintered magnet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a NdFeB-based powder by a reduction-diffusion method; mixing the NdFeB-based powder and a rare earth hydride powder; heat-treating the mixture at a temperature of 600-850°C; and sintering the heat-treated mixture at a temperature of 1000-1100°C, wherein the rare-earth hydride powder is a NdH2 powder or a mixture powder of NdH2 and PrH2.
