Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a three-dimensional fired body comprises: (a) a step in which a mold is produced using an organic material, the mold including a shape-forming space having the same shape as a molded body having a hollow portion that opens to the external surface thereof, where a core corresponding to the hollow portion is integrated; (b) a step in which a ceramic slurry is injected into the shape-forming space in the mold and solidified, so as to produce a molded body in the mold; (c) a step in which degreasing is conducted after the molded body is dried, and the mold is caused to be lost at any one of the following stages, i.e., before the molded body is dried, while the molded body is being dried, after the molded body is dried but before the degreasing, during degreasing, or after degreasing; and (d) a step in which the molded body is fired to obtain a three-dimensional fired body.
