Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a vaginal sanitary appliance for women by using a mixed solution made by mixing silver colloid solution with herbage extract, mugwort extract, aloe extract and green tea extract at the optimum mixing ratio so as to continuously maintain a strong sterilization action, and a strong deodorization effect, and an anti-inflammatory effect. The method comprises: a forming process in which a cylindrical vagina sanitary appliance is formed by processing absorbent cotton cloth; a first spray and adsorption process; a first drying process in which the silver colloid solution adsorbed on the surface of said vagina sanitary appliance is dried at or above 100°C; a second spray and adsorption process; a second drying process in which the mixed solution adsorbed on the surface of said vagina sanitary appliance is dried at 80 to 100°C; and a dust collecting process in which the gas discharged from the second drying process is removed.
