Title:
SEPARATION/ANALYSIS METHOD FOR MIXTURE OF OLIGONUCLEOTIDES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/235904
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for separating and analyzing a mixture of oligonucleotides by liquid chromatography which uses a column packed with a filler of porous particles constituted of a crosslinking organic polymer having diol immobilized on the surface thereof. According to this method, the separation/analysis can be performed at a higher sensitivity compared to cases where columns having silica gel as a base material are used, and the column can be washed with an alkaline solution.
