Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for nano-depth surface activation of a PTFE-based film, relating to the technical field of polymer composite materials. The method comprises: covering the functional surface of a PTFE-based nano functional composite film, then subjecting the single side of the film, to which an adhesive is applied, to a surface activation treatment, migrating and compounding a high toughness cold bonding adhesive tape on the film surface, with an activated structure layer, of the PTFE-based nano functional composite film by means of a mechanical gluing device, thus forming an adhesive film complex. Extremely strong affinity and high-strength bonding properties are created between the film and the adhesive, an adhesive film complex is formed, such that the integration of film/adhesive bonding and compounding, film/film bonding and compounding, and film/adhesive base layer bonding is achieved, and the bonding strength and bonding stripping force of the adhesive and the durability of the bonding force thereof are improved, and the technical problem of no material being used for bonding the PTFE material is solved.
