Abstract:
Disclosed are a preparation method for and use of a PTFE-based membrane for preventing marine fouling organisms from adhering to an offshore wind power single pile, which relate to the technical field of environmentally friendly antifouling materials for marine engineering equipment. A membrane forming process with high density and a high degree of orientation is used to prepare a PTFE-based membrane of a nano/micron ultra-micro surface multi-morphology, which has ultra-low surface energy and ultra-low surface adhesion and has good salt spray resistance, seawater resistance, corrosion resistance, adhesion resistance, contamination resistance, fatigue resistance, moisture absorption resistance and size stability, and has high wear resistance and high transparency, so as to solve the problem of adhesion of marine fouling organisms to static marine equipment such as an offshore wind power plant (an offshore platform), and greatly reduce the attachment of biocenosis mucous membrane on a surface of the membrane. The PTFE-based membrane achieves automatic removal of the attached marine fouling biocenosis, and effectively prevents contamination and corrosion of the static marine equipment by the marine fouling organisms.
