Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a method for overexpressing target genes and/or reprogramming cells, the method comprising: (a) obtaining transformed cells by introducing a vector into which a promoter and target genes have been inserted; and (b) applying electromagnetic waves to the transformed cells obtained in step (a), and to a method for treating a disease using the methods. When the method for overexpressing target genes by using an electromagnetic-responsive promoter is used, the amount of expression of desired target genes can be simply and artificially regulated inside and outside cells, and the expression of the target genes can be regulated until a desired specific time.
