Description:
METHOD OF PATTERNING TEXTILE PRODUCTS

Technical Field

The invention relates to the method of giving patterns on textile products such as trousers, shirts, skirts and jackets.

In particular, the invention relates to the method of giving patterns to textile products, which allows the customers to print the desired pattern, picture or text on the product they want to buy in the store they go to buy.

Background of the Invention

Today, laser processing machines are used to burn, cut, mark or create visual patterns on fabrics.

The use of laser processing machines has increased significantly to create images of wear and tear, especially on clothes such as trousers, shirts, skirts and jackets made of denim fabric, which is called denim.

Laser processing machines perform operations such as cutting, shaping, pattern creation on the fabric in the form of applying general shapes or patterns in the factories where production is made.

The patterns, shapes or texts determined by the company are created on the mentioned fabric with laser processing machines, and then they are sent to the stores for sale.

However, when customers want to print a pattern, picture or text they want on clothes such as trousers, shirts, skirts and jackets produced from the mentioned denim fabrics, special orders are taken and the desired pattern is printed on jeans with laser processing machines by sending them to the factory. However, the mentioned process is not preferred and becomes a very costly product for the customer. In addition, it may take a serious time for the product to come back from the factory, which leads to customer dissatisfaction.

Regarding the subject in the patent application numbered TR 202004556 in the literature, “With the production technique we have developed, it is to produce with indigo yarn-dominated weaves on the fabric surface by using the indigo yarn, which gives denim woven fabrics its characteristic, in the weft direction. Large patterned denim woven fabrics are produced by using denim yarn from weft in jacquard looms. A different texture surface is created on the reverse of the fabric by using a second weft yarn next to the indigo weft yarn. It gives strength and attitude to the fabric. This laminated back surface of the denim fabric is feathered with a carbon brush or raising process. The second weft yarn is used with denim weft in different weft color reports on the fabric surface, giving visuality to the fabric surface. Denim fabrics with two wefts are subjected to laser processing to give a pattern and attitude.” statements are included.

In said application, an indigo weft denim fabric production method is disclosed.

Again, in the PCT application numbered WO2018073468 in the literature, “The invention relates to a method for the localized marking of clothing, which consists of: applying a chemical product on the clothing to be marked, which chemical product, when activated with heat, produces a color change in said area of clothing; and activating the product in the area of clothing to be marked, by means of the spot application of heat by means of a laser. This method allows high definition of the marked area without affecting the strength properties of the clothing or fabric in question.” statements are included.

In the mentioned application, a laser processing machine is disclosed that allows marking for localized area in textile products.

Again in the literature, in the patent application numbered TR 2020 00232, the subject is “Invention, multi-stage dyeing of warp yarns, warp preparation and weaving process, obtaining the product with the ready-made fabric and the dyed parts of the mentioned fabrics or products according to the desired effect, sodium hypochlorite, potassium permanganate etc. to ensure that the warp threads are completely removed from their surfaces, effecting with bleaching process by using bleaching agents alone or together, and preferably in addition to the bleaching process, enzyme washing and/or stone washing, laser technology and ozonation etc. It is related to an effect product production method that includes the steps of applying one or more of the technologies before and/or after the bleaching process, by combining or sequentially.” statements are included.

In the mentioned application, effected fabric and product production method are explained.

Due to the disadvantages mentioned above, it was necessary to introduce a new method of patterning on textile products such as trousers, shirts, skirts and jackets.

Disclosure of the Invention

Based on this position of the technique, the aim of the invention is to introduce a new patterning method on textile products such as trousers, shirts, skirts and jackets.

Another aim of the invention is to present a method that can print the pattern, picture or text that customers want on the product they will buy, in the store.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed explanation, the innovation that is the subject of the invention is only explained with examples that will not have any limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject.

The invention is a method of giving patterns to textile products (3) that allows the customers (2) to be printed on textile products (3) such as trousers, shirts, skirts and jackets that they want to buy the pattern, picture or text they want in the stores (1 ) they go to buy, characterized in that; comprises method steps of; giving the pattern, picture or text data that they want to be embroidered on the textile product (3) they want to buy to the store (1 ) officer by customers (2), uploading the said pattern, picture or text data to the main computer (5) of the store (1) officer, placing the textile product (3) that the said customer (2) wants to buy into the laser processing machine (4) located in the store (1), giving the command to the laser processing machine (4) located in the store (1) to process the aforementioned patterns, pictures or texts by the main computer (5), processing the pattern, picture or text requested by the customer (2) on the textile product (3) that he wants to buy by said laser processing machine (4), delivering the said pattern, picture or text embroidered textile product (3) to the aforementioned customer by the store (1 ) officer. In Figure - 1 , a schematic view of the method of patterning the textile products (3), which is the subject of the invention, is illustrated.

In the method of giving patterns to the textile products (3) which are the subject of the invention consists main parts of, laser processing machine (4) positioned in stores (1 ) where textile products (3) are sold in order to print on the textile product (3) that the customers (2) want to buy the pattern, picture or text they want, the main computer (5) that commands the said laser processing machine (4) which pattern, picture or text to print, the portable memory (6), which includes the pattern, picture or text data requested by the customers (2) and that enables the said data to be uploaded to the main computer (5).

The customer (2) comes to the store (1 ) and decides to buy the textile product (3) he/she likes. When he/she requests that the pattern, picture or text be embroidered on the textile product (3) he wants to buy, he sends the said pattern, picture or text data to the main computer (5) in different ways.

One of these ways is to provide data transfer via portable memory (6). Said portable memory (6) can be a mobile device such as a mobile phone or tablet, or it can be a USB device.

One of the ways of transmitting the aforementioned pattern, picture or text data to the main computer (5) is to send an e-mail to an e-mail address that the user's main computer (5) can access.

The store (1 ) officer places the textile product (3) that the customer (2) wants to buy into the laser processing machine (4) located in the said store (1 ).

The main computer (5) providing the said pattern, picture or text data commands the said laser processing machine (4) to process the said pattern, picture or text on the purchased textile product (3).

Said command process is provided by wireless connection in a preferred embodiment of the invention. The laser processing machine (4) processes the pattern, picture or text requested by the customer (2) on the purchased textile product (3).

Finally, the store (1) officer delivers the final textile product (3) to the customer (2) in the store (1).
