Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for pre-hydrogenation of catalytically cracked gasoline, comprising passing catalytically cracked gasoline through a pre-hydrogenation reactor to carry out thiol etherification and double bond isomerization reactions, wherein the reaction conditions are as follows: a reaction temperature of 80 to 160°C, a reaction pressure of 1 to 5 MPa, a liquid hourly space velocity of 1 to 10 h -1, and a hydrogen to oil volume ratio of 3-8:1. A pre-hydrogenation catalyst comprises a support and an active component, the support comprising an alumina composite support having a macroporous structure, and one or more selected from ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-12, ZSM-35, mordenite, amorphous silicon aluminum, SAPO-11, MCM-22, Y molecular sieve, or beta molecular sieve, and the active component comprising one or more of cobalt, molybdenum, nickel, and tungsten supported on a surface of the support, wherein the active component is in an amount of 0.1 to 15.5% as oxides. The method is useful for producing gasoline with low alkene and ultra-low sulfur contents, and a high octane number.
