Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for predicting an area under the statin blood concentration-time curve and, more particularly, to a method for predicting an area under the statin blood concentration-time curve by integrating clinical and genomic information. The method for predicting an area under the statin blood concentration-time curve according to the present invention can predict with high accuracy the group in which the statin blood concentration over time is higher or lower than normal even if a statin is administered at the same concentration, whereby the method can be advantageously utilized in determining the dose of a statin to be administered.
