Abstract:
As a method for predicting the sensitivity of cancer cells to a helicase inhibitor, provided are: a method comprising a step for predicting that cancer cells have sensitivity to a helicase inhibitor when at least one mutation selected from a first group consisting of TTK mutation and RAD50 mutation is detected in the cancer cells; and a method comprising a step for predicting that cancer cells have sensitivity to a helicase inhibitor when at least one mutation selected from a second group consisting of the RAD50 mutation, MRE11 mutation, MBN mutation, DNA2 mutation, and RBBP8 mutation is detected in the cancer cells.
