Abstract:
The present invention provides a resin container and a monitoring device which are capable of suppressing damage such as the theft or destruction of content. Provided is a resin container 5 which contains a cable, the container being provided with: a container main body 52 which has an opening section 51 which opens upward; a lid 53 which closes the opening section 51; and a first reflection plate 54a which is configured from one or more reflection plates disposed at a prescribed position inside the lid 53, wherein, in the inside of the container main body 52, a wireless communication device 2 provided with a first communication unit 211 that communicates with a wireless communication apparatus is disposed, and, when a signal is transmitted from a second communication unit 212 of the wireless communication device 2 in a state where the lid 53 closes the opening section 51, the first reflection plate 54a is disposed at a position and an angle at which the signal is reflected and is received by the second communication unit 212.
