Abstract:
The present invention predicts the therapeutic effects of irinotecan using a prescribed genetic polymorphism. According to the present invention, the genetic polymorphism specified by rs1980576 in the APCDD1L gene or a genetic polymorphism in linkage disequilibrium with the abovementioned genetic polymorphism is analyzed, and a determination is made on the basis of the genotype of the abovementioned genetic polymorphism.
