Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing anti-microbial anti-viral fibers. The method comprises the following steps: mixing and spinning polyester chips and PHBV in a mass ratio of 10:1 to 100:1, wherein the amount of PHBV pellets is 0.5-10% in percentage by mass; and subjecting the mixed spinning material to melt conveying, spinning, lateral air blowing, bundling, stretching, tension heat setting, curling, loosening, setting, cutting and packaging, wherein the mixed material has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.2-1.5 dL/g and a water content of 10-80 ppm, the pressure of a spinning assembly is 120-170 MPa, the spinning temperature is 270-290ºC, the blowing temperature is 15-30ºC, the stretching ratio is 2-5 fold, and the tension heat setting temperature is 170-210ºC. Provided is a method for preparing anti-microbial anti-viral fibers, wherein the anti-microbial effect of the fibers is improved.
