Abstract:

The present invention relates to a method for preparing an ASA-based graft copolymer, a method for preparing a thermoplastic ASA-based resin composition comprising the same, and a method for manufacturing an ASA-based molded product. More specifically, when a multi-layer structure of ASA-based graft copolymer is prepared by comprising sheath, core, and shell preparation steps, a multi-functional carboxylic acid having 20 or more carbon atoms or a salt thereof is introduced as an emulsifier, thereby reducing the content of the emulsifier remaining in a resin and providing an ASA-based resin having more improved thermal stability and appearance characteristics while maintaining physical properties, such as impact resistance and weather resistance, inherent to the ASA-based resin.
