Abstract:

A method for preparing bacteriostatic household paper. The method sequentially comprises the following steps: obtaining a paper sample, sterilizing the paper sample, soaking the paper sample in a benzalkonium bromide solution, disinfecting, obtaining a culture medium, adhering the paper sample onto the culture medium, and culturing same. In step 3, the paper sample is soaked with the benzalkonium bromide solution to transfer the benzalkonium bromide solution, so that the solution can completely soak the paper sample, and the absorption and distribution of the benzalkonium bromide solution on the paper sample are more uniform; and in step 7, the paper sample is cultured at 37°C, a good growth environment is provided for bacteria at 37°C, and the bacteriostatic effect of the paper sample can be obviously distinguished after the culture is finished, so that the preparation method is easy to operate, expensive equipment and instruments do not need to be additionally added, the bacteriostatic agent only needs to be loaded and sprayed onto the surface of paper by means of a coating or glue-applying device of a paper machine, and the bacteriostatic effect is good.
