Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a building board from fly ash, comprising the following steps: mixing 50-60 parts of fly ash, 25-35 parts of cement, 6-12 parts of sodium hydroxide and 10-20 parts of gypsum in parts by weight until uniform, adding 60-70 parts of water and stirring same for 30 min-50 min, then adding 2-5 parts of a 5% phosphoric acid solution and stirring same for 20 min-40 min, and then adding a foaming agent solution and stirring same for 20 min-40 min to obtain a slurry; casting the slurry into a mold, vibrating same for 25 min-35 min for molding same so as to obtain a semi-finished board; curing a sample for 2-4 hours at room temperature, feeding same into an autoclave for 5 d-7 d after demolding, and continuously maintaining same under the condition of ventilation at room temperature after taking same out; immersing a wallboard in water for 22 h-26 h, trimming, polishing, and drying the resulting board crude product so as to obtain the building board. The method has a simple process and low cost, and the board prepared by the method has properties such as a light weight, sound insulation, and strong fire and impact resistances.
