Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a composite film of multilayer carboxymethyl chitosan, comprising the following steps: placing 3-7 parts of CMCS into 30-40 parts of distilled water, stirring same on a magnetic stirrer until completely dissolved, and filtering and degassing same, immersing a base film in distilled water for 20-24 h, taking same out, air drying and sticking same to a dried glass plate, uniformly coating the base film with the above solution, standing same for 1-3 h and taking same out for filtering and drying, drying at 50-55ºC, then crosslinking same with a 2% glutaraldehyde solution for 15-25 min, and repeatedly washing same clean with distilled water and drying at room temperature, and repeating the above steps several times, so as to obtain the multilayer CMCS composite film, with each raw material being in parts by weight. The method has a simple process, and the composite film prepared has a large flux, is economical and environmentally friendly, and can be produced on a large scale.
