Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a chloramphenicol compound, comprising the following steps: adding a chloramphenicol intermediate to a buffer solution; and adding ketoreductase to the solution for performing asymmetric reduction on a substrate at 25-35ºC, so that dynamic kinetic resolution is implemented while performing ketone reaction, i.e., the chloramphenicol compound is obtained.
