Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a cobalt blue ceramic glaze ink, the method comprising the following steps: sequentially adding 10-15 parts of AlCl3·6H2O and 5-9 parts of CoCl2·6H2O to 50-60 parts of anhydrous ethanol, electromagnetically stirring same until completely dissolved to obtain a uniform solution, then slowly dropwise adding the solution to 15-25 parts of deionized water under continuous stirring, adjusting the pH thereof to 2-3 after the solution becomes uniform and stable, then adding 0.5-1.5 parts of a stabilizer, and continuing to stir same for 1-2 h, wherein these raw materials are all in parts by weight. The cobalt blue ceramic glaze ink obtained by means of this method has an excellent stability, surface tension and viscosity.
