Abstract:
The present invention is a method for preparing a granular titanium-based lithium ion sieve adsorbent having a high adsorption capacity. The method comprises: step 1, preparing a titanium-based lithium-ion sieve precursor powder; step 2, preparation of a granular titanium-based lithium ion sieve adsorbent having a high adsorption capacity: 1) precursor powder pretreatment, 2) composite glue preparation, 3) doping, blending, and homogenizing, 4) forming and granulating, and 5) elution and substitution. The granular adsorbent prepared in the present invention has a relatively high porosity, and during lithium extraction from salt lake brine or simulated brine, shows good suspension, rapid absorption and desorption rates, and high lithium extraction activity, with both lithium ion selectivity and elution rates reaching 95% or higher; the present granular adsorbent has a stable structure, low dissolution loss, and a long cycle life; and the forming and granulating process of the present granular adsorbent is simple and easy to control, so that industrialization is easy to achieve.
