Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a high-quality graphene material, comprising: adding an electrolyte solution, a graphite raw material and an electrode to an electrolysis vessel, wherein the electrode is in contact with the electrolyte solution and physical isolation is formed between the electrode and the graphite raw material; applying an electric field to the electrode, and carrying out intercalation and cleavage when the graphite raw material is not in contact with the electrode, wherein the electrolyte is one of or a combination of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, boric acid, a sulfate, a nitrate, a phosphate, a borate, a carbonate, a bicarbonate, urea, formic acid, benzoic acid, acetic acid and an acetate; and cleaning a cleaved product, removing the electrolyte solution, and drying the product to obtain a high-quality graphene powder. In the method, graphite is intercalated with a peroxide generated when the electrolyte is subjected to an electrochemical reaction, and bubbles are generated during the intercalation process of the peroxide to carry out cleavage on the graphite structure, thereby achieving the high-efficiency cleavage of the graphite and the electrochemical preparation of high-quality graphene without coming into contact with the electrode.
