Abstract:
An online alloy melting and fusing device. An alloy to be added is pre-prepared into a wire material; the wire feeding speed needed to configure a specific component alloy is calculated according to the flow of original molten aluminum in a flow channel; the wire material is continuously and stably injected at the wire feeding speed into the flow channel of the original molten aluminum during a continuous ingot casting process, and the real-time formation of an alloy configuration is achieved. The present invention may prevent melt from generating gravity segregation caused by long-time standing, and the alloying efficiency is significantly improved at the same time that gradient materials may be prepared. The present invention also relates to an online alloy melting and fusing method.
