Abstract:
A method for preparing a liquid-proof coating having a multilayer structure, comprising the following steps: (1) placing a substrate in a reaction cavity, continuously vacuumizing, and introducing an inert gas or nitrogen; (2) separately introducing first monomer vapor and second monomer vapor, and enabling plasma discharge to prepare a soft coating and a hard coating, the component of the first monomer vapor being a monofunctional unsaturated fluorocarbon resin, and the component of the second monomer vapor being a mixture of a monofunctional unsaturated fluorocarbon resin and at least one polyfunctional unsaturated hydrocarbon derivative; and repeating step (2) at least twice to form, on the surface of the substrate, a coating having a multilayer structure where the soft coating and the hard coating are alternately distributed.
