Abstract:
A method for preparing a lithium phosphate powder, comprising: (1) drying a phosphorus powder; (2) mixing the dried phosphorus powder and a lithium hydride powder in a molar ratio of 1:(2-4) under the protection of an inert atmosphere, adding the mixed powder into a sealed ball-milling tank, and performing ball milling under the conditions of a temperature of 0-60°C and a rotating speed of 100-500 rpm for 2-48 h; and (3) taking out the powder from the ball-milling tank under an inert atmosphere after the ball-milling reaction has been completed, to obtain the lithium phosphate powder. The method is simple, has low costs and is suitable for industrialized production.
