Abstract:
A method for preparing a molecular sieve-multielement oxide composite integrally extruded denitration catalyst, comprising: constructing an organic structure coating layer on the surface of a metal ion exchange molecular sieve and synchronously adding a multielement oxide component to prepare active components of an ion exchange molecular sieve-multielement oxide composite denitration catalyst, and subjecting same to mixing and kneading into balls of slurry, ageing, integral extrusion forming, drying and calcining to prepare an integrally extruded denitration catalyst. The resulting catalyst has a denitration efficiency of greater than 80% within the temperature range of 250-420ºC when in the presence of 10% water vapour and 500 ppm of sulphur dioxide. The resulting metal-supported molecular sieve denitration catalyst can be widely applied to the denitration of flue gas of fixed sources.
