Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for preparing a multi-color, multi-density sole of different materials, and a multi-color, multi-density sole prepared using the method. The method employs a one-step formation process which involves free, moldless, and three-dimensional foam formation using a supercritical fluid injected under a high-temperature, high-pressure condition, thus obtaining a multi-color, multi-density foamed sole of different materials formed in one step without the need for adhesion with an adhesive, the sole having an enlarged size consistent with a profile. The foamed sole prepared using the method has multiple materials, colors and densities. By using a foaming tank to conduct foaming, the pressure release rate can be easily controlled, cell nucleation rate is high, and the resulting microporous foamed material has smaller cells and higher cell density. The sole prepared is a three-dimensional microporous foamed product with controlled morphology and precise dimensions. The sole has high resilience, toughness, abrasion resistance and skid resistance. Moreover, the sole is more comfortable, light, corrosion resistant and water resistant. Functional components are integrally formed with the main part of the sole, which provides a stronger connection that effectively prevents separation.
