Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a Ni-containing CuS/C composite material, and the use thereof, the method comprising the following steps: preparing a copper-nickel ion mixed solution, preparing a precursor reaction solution, preparing a precursor, removing impurities, performing an activating treatment on the precursor, and performing a vulcanization-carbonization treatment on the precursor. The Ni-containing CuS/C composite material provided by the present invention is applied to the positive electrode material of a lithium-sulfur battery. The Ni-containing CuS/C composite material provided by the present invention has a unique porous carbon frame structure, which is beneficial to improving the rate performance of a battery; and immobilizing sulfur using bimetallic ions can effectively inhibit the polysulfide ion shuttling problem, and the bimetallic ions synergistically inhibit the volume expansion problem. The preparation method of the present invention involves a simple process, is environmentally friendly, does not require a high temperature and high pressure, can directly use pure sulfur as a sulfur source, and is not prone to producing polluting gases and by-products; and the operation of the method can be completed in ordinary laboratories without requiring high temperature and high pressure conditions.
