Abstract:
Provided is a process for efficiently evaporating methanol by using reaction heat. In order to solve the problems that methanol mixtures are mostly evaporated by combustion heating of coal and the like in conventional evaporation modes, and consequently the heating efficiency is low, the resources are wasted, a coal heating product is easy to pollute the environment, and the requirements of social development cannot be satisfied, the following solution is now proposed, and comprises the following steps: S1: preparing an exothermic reactor, an evaporator, a condenser, and a collecting cylinder, and connecting the exothermic reactor, the evaporator, and the condenser; S2: adding an exothermic reaction material into the exothermic reactor for exothermic reaction; S3: heat entering the evaporator to evaporate a methanol mixture, and enabling the methanol mixture to enter the condenser; and S4: cooling by means of the condenser, and then collecting in the collecting cylinder. According to the process, quicklime can be used for reacting with water to release heat, the resources are saved, the environment pollution is avoided, and the reaction heat release effect can be improved.
