Abstract:
A method of promptly and exhaustively detecting any expression of a gene coding for membrane protein. There is provided a method of preparing a probe DNA for nucleic acid coding for membrane protein, comprising selecting a partial domain of gene coding for membrane protein that has a base sequence, ≥ 5% of which consists of an exon sequence coding for a region essential for membrane bonding with respect to the membrane protein, and that contains cytosine and guanine in a total content of 40 to 60% and preparing a DNA composed of the base sequence of the partial domain or a base sequence complementary to the partial domain.
