Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a sweet flag-containing candy, and a composition for same. The present invention comprises 20-30 weight% sweet flag, which is the main ingredient, and 70-80 weight% composite materials, which are minor ingredients. The present invention, configured as above, has excellent efficacy against dementia and is easy to store and ingest due to the characteristic smell of medicinal herbs being elevated into the form of candy, and thus the quality and reliability of the candy product have been drastically improved, fostering a positive image by satisfying the various needs of consumers (users).
