Abstract:
Disclosed is a method by which an electronic device provides information for item delivery, the method comprising the steps of: acquiring first order information from a customer terminal; identifying information about at least one worker corresponding to a center; assigning, to a first worker identified on the basis of the information about at least one worker, an order related to the first order information; providing, to a first terminal of the first worker, picking information identified on the basis of the first order information; receiving picking completion information corresponding to the picking information from the first terminal; and providing, to the first terminal, delivery information identified on the basis of the first order information.
