Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a syngas from a high-temperature hydrocarbon-containing gas, comprising introducing the high-temperature hydrocarbon-containing gas (S1) into a reforming furnace (2) via an inlet cavity (1) and a distribution hole (102), and at the same time introducing an oxidizing agent (S2) into the reforming furnace (2) via a process burner (3); subjecting the high-temperature hydrocarbon-containing gas to a non-catalytic partial oxidation reaction to produce a syngas mainly containing CO and H2; and sending the high-temperature syngas (S4) from the reforming furnace to a waste heat boiler (4) additionally producing a high-pressure steam, and sending the cooled syngas (S5) to a downstream device; wherein the process burner (3) comprises two channels, i.e., an internal channel and an external channel, the internal channel being a channel for the oxidizing agent (S2), the external channel being a channel for an auxiliary gasification agent (S3); and the process burner (3) and the inlet cavity (1) are connected to the inlet cavity (1) and the reforming furnace (2) via a burner flange (301) and an inlet cavity flange (101), respectively. The method is environmentally friendly, washing wastewater is free of organic matter, the rate of conversion to the syngas reaches 99% or more, the process flow and the equipment structure are simple, and the investment is saving.
