Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a titanium-based lithium ion exchanger. The method comprises: step 1, preparation of a lithium metatitanate precursor, involving ball-milling a titanium source and then uniformly mixing same with a lithium source and water in proportion, adding an auxiliary agent, subjecting same to an ultrasonic treatment, and heating and stirring same for a reaction to obtain a lithium metatitanate precursor powder; step 2, preparation of a lithium metatitanate powder, involving spray drying and microwave calcination of the lithium metatitanate precursor to obtain a lithium metatitanate powder; and step 3, elution and replacement, involving leaching Li by means of an eluent so as to obtain a lithium ion exchanger. The preparation method involves a solid-liquid phase contact reaction, the ratio of raw materials is easy to accurately control, the synthesis reaction is enhanced by ultrasound, so that the reaction rate is accelerated, and the energy consumption is effectively reduced by means of microwave calcination; the lithium metatitanate powder with high porosity and good filtration performance can be prepared by controlling the titanium proportion to be relatively excessive, and the prepared lithium ion exchanger has good lithium extraction performance and a low titanium solution loss, which can better meet actual usage requirements.
