Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for preparing a tungsten wire twist-wrapped anti-cut yarn, comprising two steps of the preparation of a tungsten wire twisted yarn and the preparation of the tungsten wire twist-wrapped anti-cut yarn, and a method for making a textile using the tungsten wire twist-wrapped anti-cut yarn, comprising making the textile with an elastic yarn of spandex and the tungsten wire twist-wrapped anti-cut yarn using a U2 knitting process with two yarn guides. The advantages of the present invention are: tungsten wire is used as a raw material, and as China is a big tungsten wire producer, and the reserve of the tungsten wire accounts for 75% of the global total reserve, thus the present invention has the advantages of a wide range of sources for raw materials and a low cost; and the textile thus prepared is light, thin and soft, and has an ultra-high cutting resistance, excellent electrical conductivity, chemical stability, bending resistance and is not easily deformed when washed.
